Large and luxurious rooms with Japanese Bidet toilet and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of different styles of food. Beautiful Japanese garden for a nice walk.

Hotel staff had trouble communicating in English, making it difficult to make requests or inquiries. The hotel is far from popular attractions and the lack of a free cell phone during the stay was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities and services offered were impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the living area of the suite was spacious and modern. The breakfast had a wide variety of western options that we enjoyed. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport.

The spa and wellness center was a highlight, and the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also fantastic additions. The private facilities in our room were exclusive and made us feel truly pampered. The suite has an amazing kitchenette with a full range of cooking appliances, making long stays very convenient.

The hotel was located far away from the main attractions which made it difficult to get around. Additionally, the lack of transportation options nearby made it hard to leave the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for those looking to explore the city.
